Customer Service/Office Assistant
Description

This position is the principal contact for corporate customers.

Responsibilities

Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.

  1. Ensures company policies are followed and enforces safety regulations.
  2. Verifies and enters customers purchase orders into our system.
  3. Confirms order to customer.
  4. Communicates and monitors special order terms.
  5. Advises customers of scheduled delivery date changes.
  6. Responds to customer requests in a timely manner and follows up with customers.
  7. Develops and maintains procedures to support ISO 9001.
  8. Works with all department heads to achieve customer satisfaction.
  9. Completes and expedites Customer Service Requests.
  10. Contacts supplier representatives on any problems that may occur regarding related purchase orders.
  11. Provides administrative support to other departments as needed.
  12. Maintains good working relationship with others.
Qualifications
  1. High School Diploma
  2. Basic math and computer skills (Outlook/Excel/Word/Power Point/IQMS)
  3. Oral and written communication skills
  4. Read, speak, and write English
  5. Self motivated
  6. Experience with customer communication
