Sales Manager
Description

Responsible for managing house accounts, sales, marketing &
customer service staff, and selling Plaspros' custom
molding capabilities to new customers.

Responsibilities

Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.
1. Ensures company policies are followed and enforces safety regulations.
2. Fully utilizes the ISO 9000 program.
3. Manages house accounts & enhances customer relationships.
4. Manage all inside/outside sales representatives.
5. Manage customer service.
6. Be on-site to work with and support all departments as needed.
7. Continually expands customer base through proactive cold calling,
networking, prospecting, and referrals.
8. Acts as the primary liaison between customers and Plaspros.
9. Responsible for bringing in new jobs to quote.
10. Responsible for following up on quotes and participating in
post-award meetings when quotes are accepted.
11. Responsible for attending all production-related meetings.
12. Works with customers and Plaspros team on problem-solving.
13. Maintains good working relationships with others.
14. Travel where and whenever necessary.

Qualifications

1. Five(5)+years in Plastics (preferred) or industrial sales experience
2. Basic computer & p r e s e n t a t i o n skills
3. Basic math skills
4. Oral and written communication skills
5. Self-motivated
6. Team player

Certs., License, Valid Drivers License

Physical Demands: Involves sitting, walking, and driving

Work Environment:

1. Will involve entering all areas of the company

2. Will involve visiting other manufacturing facilities
2. Some plastic dust and fumes
3. May involve elevated noise
